Our history
Founded in 1989 by Emily and Steve Gorelik, CBC began as a small, entrepreneurial venture in Chicago. Overcoming challenges such as operating in a cold-weather market, CBC grew through hard work and a commitment to quality and service. Expanding our offerings to include coffee, espresso, and various hot and iced tea brands, CBC transformed into a leading national distributor. Today, we serve thousands of customers across 44 states with a diverse team operating from multiple warehouses, a significant evolution from our humble beginnings in a garage.
